Refund/Cancellation Policy
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. Generally we are providing onsite/ online demo to our inquiries and provide free demo software in customer PC. This demo software will clarify the product details and its work flow. During this demo period, customer can check and share their feedback / customization requirements. Based on their feedback/ customization we will discuss all the changes prior finalizing the deal.
Cancellation Policy :
- For Cancellations please contact support@integ.co.in with the details of your request.
- The Cancellations of current service is only done after the assigned agreement period.
Refund Policy :
After successful software installation at customer end, the service is non – refundable due to :-
- We have provided a complete free demo software before purchase to check the functioning properly.
- The customization in software is done after the proper discussion with client.
In the future, the Client can raise the issue or changes in software on the basis of their business requirements.
